1. Select your subscriptions and click "Proceed To Checkout".
2. Enter your e-mail address and click "Next".
3. Enter your first name, last name and e-mail address and click "Next".
4. Enter your name and address inforamtion and click "Next".
5. Enter your payment details and click "Next".
6. Verify that your selections and information are correct and click "Pay to subscribe".
